begin with outlining the general scope of the project based on discussions with
client. Preliminary design goal and desired timelines is discussed. Sketches,
visual, materials and design ideas are used to facilitate discussions to arrive
at a clearly defined design concept.
Upon client’s satisfaction with the concept, we will carry
on to developing the design and the process of sourcing and proposing the right
materials, furniture and furnishing for a scheme. Ideas are narrowed down,
defined and nebulous project ideas are taken and put on paper to flush out the
design, identify problem areas and zero in on priority design areas. Drawings
and material specifications will be presented and confirmed before the service
move into the construction documentation phase.
In the Construction stage, DP Creation will prepare complete
set of drawings and material specifications for the execution of the project.

client, the design team will start by understanding the brief and the core

design direction, consisting of research into competitors and a rough idea of where the
concept will fit in the current market.
On approval, this will be refined in the concept
development, by the end of which the client will be shown sample materials,
colors, layouts and visuals. The final stage is drawing up a set of
working drawings, which can then be issued to a contractor
